VoIP空中交通管理系统甚高频电台网关设计

摘要:
根据民航航空系统组块升级计划,网络语音(Voice over Internet Protocol,VoIP)空中交通管理系统将是未来发展趋势。在此背景下,提出了一种自主研发的支持多电台接入的VoIP电台网关的设计方案。阐述了设备功能和技术难点,以及高速硬件平台和分层软件实现方案。经过测试,网关功能指标符合标准要求,并实现了与民航现役多型语音电台的互联,为国产化VoIP空中交通管理系统的发展奠定了基础。

Abstract:
According to the Aviation System Block Upgrade project, Voice over Internet Protocol(VoIP) air traffic management(ATM) system will be the development trend.For this background,an independently researched and developed VoIP radio gateway design scheme is presented which can support multiple radios access.The functions and technical difficulties about the equipment are expounded, as well as the implementation method of the high-speed hardware platform and the layered software.After the test, the functions and performances fulfill the standard requirements, and the inter-communication with the several current civil aviation radios is realized,which establishes a foundation for the development of home-made VoIP ATM systems.
