多路相参转发的集成设计方法

摘要:
针对航天领域多路相参转发应答机的小型化、通用化需求,提出了一种集成设计方法。根据软件无线电思想,在本振合并、频率修正的基础上,采用数字中频拓展、通道共用的方法,扩展了数字处理电路的覆盖频段,用数字电路取代了传统中频通道中通过低次倍频本振实现的上、下变频,从而统一了晶振、本振,简化了频率流程。方法得到了相应产品的试验验证,首次实现仅用一个本振、一次变频,完成C频段以上多路相参转发的功能,且便于芯片集成和通道拓展,可作为类似收发信机的通用架构推广应用。

Abstract:
An integrated design method is proposed to meet the miniaturization and universalization requirements for multi-channel coherent transponders in the aerospace field.Methods like digital intermediate frequency(IF) extension and channel sharing,according to the idea of software defined radio(SDR),are used to expand the processing bandwidth of digital circuits and replace the traditional local oscillators(LOs) generated by low-order multiplication of the reference frequency in IF channels,on the basis of LO unification and frequency compensation.Thus the crystal oscillators and LOs are unified and the frequency flowchart is simplied.The method is verified by experiments of corresponding products which can be realized for the first time with a single LO and a single frequency conversion for multi-channel coherent transponding applications above C-band.This design is convenient for chip integration and channel expanding,and can be utilized as a general platform for similar transceivers.
